Nexus Changelog 7.04.25
Welcome to the latest edition of the Nexus Changelog — your biweekly dispatch from across our engineering teams. This update highlights
We’re thrilled to announce a strategic partnership with Electron. This collaboration focuses on pushing the boundaries of proof aggregation while driving joint initiatives to grow our shared ecosystems through innovation.
Electron’s expertise in distributed systems and scalable proof aggregation solutions complements the growing Nexus network. Together, we aim to explore new techniques for aggregating proofs, enhancing the efficiency and scalability of verifiable computation.
Proof aggregation is key to reducing verification costs and increasing throughput, enabling faster and more cost-effective solutions for a wide range of applications. “By reducing verification costs by 95%, Electron brings the network effects of larger rollups to individual Zk-dapps. Giving them freedom to decide whichever zkVM they want to use, without giving up the benefits of a large ecosystem,” said Garvit Goel, CEO of Electron.
By combining the Nexus network with Electron’s proof aggregation capabilities, developers and enterprises gain access to more scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure. This enables:
Nexus and Electron share a vision of a scalable and Verifiable Internet. By collaborating on proof aggregation and strategic ecosystem initiatives, we’re paving the way for more efficient decentralized computation and broader adoption of zero-knowledge technologies.
